The atmosphere at EventFinda Stadium was electric as the Premier and Senior A Basketball Finals unfolded in an unforgettable night of athletic excellence and school spirit. From buzzer-beaters to breakout performances, the evening was a celebration of hard work and community support.

Sky Bound, a high school girls' soccer team made up of athletes from Matanzas, Flagler Palm Coast, and St. Joseph Academy, captured the gold medal in the High School Women’s Division at the Challenge Sports 3v3 National Championship held in Kissimmee from August 1–3. The team went undefeated through six games, securing a thrilling 4-3 win over GFC Williston in the final.

Rafael Pablo, a Grade 10 student from Ateneo de Manila Junior High School, delivered a stellar performance at the 16th Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) Invitational Swimming Championship, held from July 19–20, 2025. Representing the Philippines in the 14–15 age group, Rafael clinched one gold medal in the 4×50m Freestyle Relay and secured three bronze medals in the 200m Individual Medley, 50m Breaststroke, and 50m Backstroke.

The Glen Ridge High School boys basketball team continued its strong momentum from the winter season by claiming its first-ever Bloomfield Summer League title. The Ridgers edged out Caldwell in a thrilling 44-42 semifinal before securing the championship with a 55-44 win over host Bloomfield High School on July 24.

Rusununguko High School from Goromonzi, Mashonaland East, made history by clinching both the boys’ and girls’ titles at the 2025 NASH Under-20 national soccer tournament, hosted in Masvingo. The boys’ final saw Rusununguko edge out Chibi High 4-2 on penalties after a tense goalless match, while the girls' team claimed their championship in a dominant showing.

The University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons improved to 2-0 in the 2025 Shakey’s Super League National Invitationals after a hard-earned straight-sets victory over Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (25-16, 27-25, 25-12). Middle blocker Niña Ytang led the charge with 13 points, including a clutch performance in the extended second set that helped UP erase a seven-point deficit and eventually take control of the match.

Baylor Stanton and Hannah Claire Jowers delivered standout performances at the Gwinnett County Swim League Championship, each breaking multiple records during the high-energy meet at Georgia Tech. Stanton, a Cal commit from Gwinnett Aquatics, shattered two longstanding LSC records in the 50 backstroke (21.59) and 50 freestyle (20.32), while also winning the 100 free and anchoring impressive relay splits.

Great news from San Antonio! Harvest Christian Academy, representing Edinburg Parks & Rec, showcased their basketball prowess by dominating the Varsity Girls Gold Bracket at the Road to Nationals South Texas Championship. The team went undefeated throughout the tournament, culminating in a decisive victory over Houston Dash Elite to clinch the championship title.

Nomzamo Secondary and Hoërskool Menlopark claimed their first-ever DStv Schools Netball Challenge (DSNC) titles in a groundbreaking tournament that highlighted resilience, development, and equal opportunity. Nomzamo dominated in the Ubuntu stream with a commanding 25-17 win over Lambalati Secondary, while Menlopark staged a dramatic comeback to edge Paarl Gim 22-21 in the Botho stream final.

Musingu Boys’ High School, known as the Scorpions, secured their second consecutive Western Region boys’ football title with a decisive 2–0 victory over Ebwali Secondary. Both goals came in the first half, ensuring Musingu's dominance and progression to the national stage as regional champions.

St Mary’s School Yala showcased resilience and flair as they overturned a 10-0 deficit to defeat Anjego 26-15 and successfully defend their Nyanza Region rugby sevens crown at Kisumu Polytechnic. Tries from Henry Oduor (2), Innocent Indeche, and Ayub Sisia sealed the comeback, earning Yala a spot at the national championships.

St Joseph’s Boys High School (JOBO) from Trans Nzoia County emerged victorious in the 2025 Rift Valley Region Secondary Schools Sports Association (RVSSA) football championship after edging Kimuron Boys 1-0 in a dramatic final. The match was decided by a 91st-minute strike from standout striker Instin Simiyu, who capped off a stellar tournament performance.
